Gene Gandy has been
a TechPro instructor since 2002. He
is a lawyer as well as a licensed paramedic
and EMS coordinator, and is a well
known seminar presenter and author.
His latest article, Immobilization
Errors in EMS , appears in the May,
2004, issue of EMS Magazine. He is
a member of the editorial board of
Texas EMS Magazine.
Gene was the department chair for
the Associate Degree Paramedic program
at Tyler Junior College during the
1990's, and has served on numerous
advisory boards in Texas EMS. He currently
is a board member and vice president
of the Emergency Medical Service Association
of Texas (EMSAT).
Gene works as a paramedic with Shackleford
