Mike Ryan started his Fire/EMS career with the Duncanville Fire Department in 1995 as a firefighter/Paramedic. He is on the EMS committee there, ambulance specs committee, hiring board and is active in its association. Mike is the EMS Coordinator for Navarro College's 3 campuses where they teach all levels of classes including ECA, EMT, EMT-I, EMT-P as well as specialty classes. He is also very involved with the Fire Academy. Mike is a Nationally Registered Paramedic, Licensed Paramedic, Instructor for PHTLS, PALS, ACLS, PEPP, BLS Trainer. He holds 5 IFSAC seals as a firefighter, and holds certifications as a Driver/Operator, Skills Examiner, and Flashover trainer. Mike enjoys his free time with his wife of 20 years and his four children. He enjoys dirt biking, vacationing with his family, hiking, and living on their land in Freestone County.
