Refund Policy
Definitions:
- Course fees: Fees paid to TechPro Services, LLC, consist of the following components:
- Tuition
- Insurance
- Nametag
- FISDAP access
Policy:
TPS will expend funds for insurance, nametag and FISDAP access for each student within the seven (7) day period prior to the beginning course date. These expenditures are not refundable to TPS and will not be refunded to the student. Therefore, no refunds for these items or tuition will be made unless an error has been made by TechPro Services or authorized by Stephen Stephens or Lee Richardson.
Due to the complex logistics for hosting National Registry Advanced Level Skills testing it is necessary for TechPro to have a very strict refund policy regarding registration for any National Registry Skills Exam. The policy is that no refund will be made after the deadline for reservations (3 weeks prior to the actual exam date). If there are extenuating circumstances we reserve the right to request proper documentation and then will be evaluated on a case by case basis by Lee Richardson and/or Stephen Stephens. A decision will be made to extend the reservation to the next available test date, allow a substitution or consider a refund, this decision is final.
