Scott Brinkley is the Continuing Education Coordinator for Tech Pro Services and has served as an instructor since 2001.  He began his career in the Fire and EMS service in 1991 in Eastland Texas. His background includes many areas of emergency services such as 911 Communications Center, Firefighting, EMS, HazMat and Rescue. He is currently employed as a Firefighter/NREMTP with the Stephenville Fire Department. Scott holds Associate Degrees in Fire Protection Technology and Agriculture from Cisco Junior College. Scott is a certified TCFP Firefighter, Intermediate Instructor, and  Field Examiner; TDH Instructor and EMD Instructor; SFFMA Advanced Firefighter, Level II Instructor and holds Instructor status in CPR, First Aid, FARMEDIC, ACLS, AMLS, PHTLS, GEMS, an Adjunct Instructor in the Street Level Airway Management (SLAM) program, is a member of the SFFMA EMS committee, and sits on the Board of Adjustments for the City of Eastland.

Scott is a past member of the Weather College Fire Science Advisory Committee, member of the Texas Association of Fire Educators, the State Fireman's and Firemarshal's Association of Texas, International Association of Fire Fighters, and a member of the Emergency Medical Association of Texas.

Scott has 2 daughters, Shelby and Kori. In his spare time, Scott enjoy's hunting, fishing, and watching NASCAR racing.
