I found your online program to be instrumental in teaching the necessary objectives to learn the fundamentals of an EMT Basic. I found Donna’s instructing style to be very low key, and very easy to comprehend. She really made the exit session enjoyable as well as removed the intimidation of the final exam and exit skills.
